Welcome to Mac Limo NY. These terms of service govern the use of our premium transportation services in New York. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 Definitions and Services
Mac Limo NY is a premium private transportation company that offers limousine services, executive sedans, luxury SUVs, and executive vans in the New York metropolitan area.

2 Reservations and Confirmation
Reservation Process:
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or email
- Written confirmation is required for all reservations
- Contact information and destination details are mandatory
- Reservations are subject to availability
Service Confirmation:
- You will receive email confirmation with complete details
- Includes reservation number, assigned vehicle, and driver information
- Modifications must be requested with at least 4 hours' notice
3 Fares and Payments
Pricing Structure:

Payment Methods:
- Major credit and debit cards
- Corporate payments and business accounts
- Payment is processed at the time of reservation
- Tips are not included and remain at the customer's discretione
4 Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- 24+ hours: No charge
- 12-24 hours: With written confirmation
Cancellation Charges
- 6-12 hours: 50% of reservation value
- Less than 6 hours: 75%
- No-show: 100% of reservation value
5 Customer Responsibilities
Obligations:
- Provide accurate and current contact information
- Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time
- Notify changes with as much advance notice as possible
- Respect the vehicle and follow courtesy standards
Waiting Time:
- 15 minutes complimentary for standard pickups
- 45 minutes for domestic flights, 60 for international flights
- Additional time is charged according to current rates

Limitation of Liability
Exclusions: We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the contracted service.
Force Majeure: Includes extreme weather conditions, civil emergencies, strikes, or government restrictions.
7 Dispute Resolution
Complaint Process:
- Contact customer service within 48 hours
- Complete investigation of all claims
- Fair resolution and appropriate compensation
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of New York.
