Free Cancellation

  • 24 hours or more before service: Completely free cancellation with no penalties whatsoever.
  • 12-24 hours before service: Free cancellation for standard reservations. Written confirmation is required.

Cancellations with Charges

  • 6-12 hours before service: A charge of 50% of the total reservation value will be applied.
  • Less than 6 hours: 75% of the total service value will be charged.
  • No-Show (absence without prior notice): 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

All cancellations must include your reservation confirmation number. Changes to date, time, or destination are subject to availability and may result in fare adjustments.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: No charges will be applied for cancellations due to extreme weather conditions, documented medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or verifiable force majeure situations.

Corporate Events: Reservations for corporate events and premium services may be subject to specific terms agreed upon contractually.

Refund Policy

Applicable refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Mac Limo NY reserves the right to verify the circumstances of cancellation to ensure compliance with this policy.
